Hello!

My name is Mrs. Mandee Carr. I am the Title I teacher at J. Andrew Morrow. I am a Towanda High School graduate and live in the Towanda area with my husband and son. I attended Keystone College where I received my degrees in Early Childhood Education and Teaching Child and Society. I am currently working toward my Reading Specialist Certification through Edinboro University. My previous experience includes five years at J. Andrew Morrow working in a variety of roles. As the Title I teacher, I support students and teachers by helping to improve literacy instruction.
