FInancial Aid Night October 19, 2017

The Towanda High School Guidance Office will co-sponsor a Financial Aid Information Night with Wyalusing and Northeast Bradford High Schools. The Financial Aid Night will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at the Wyalusing Junior/Senior High School Auditorium. Ms. Marla Kane, Regional Director for the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA), will be on hand to present information on the various programs within the Pennsylvania financial aid system. She will also give very specific information on the application process and the correct procedure for completing the online and paper forms for financial aid. The information will be for general purposes for any college. Ms. Kane has done numerous presentations of this type for guidance counselors and parents and comes with many good recommendations on the program she offers.

The program is free of charge and would be valuable for anyone who has a child planning on going to college in the next few years. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Guidance Office at 268-2059.
