COVID Update 10/4/2021

This notification is to let our school community know of recent Covid-19 cases within the school district.

Today we were informed that a student from the J. Andrew Morrow Primary School has tested positive for COVID-19. This student’s last day in the building was Thursday, September 23, 2021.

We also have been notified that one of our support staff members at the Towanda Elementary School has tested positive for COVID-19. This individual’s last day in the building was Thursday, September 30, 2021.

Finally, two students from the Jr/Sr High School have recently tested positive. Both students last day in school was Wednesday, September 29, 2021.

Potential close contacts have been identified and their families notified.

As a community, the key to our success is to continue working together as we strive to keep our students, faculty, and staff safe and healthy. Thank you again for working collaboratively with the district as we navigate through this public health situation together.
